Digital technology is part of our future. At present, it contributes significantly to climate change and is developing by creating inequalities in our society. How can we rethink a digital world that respects planetary limits and benefits everyone?
ISIT-CH (Institute for Sustainable IT in Switzerland), 2050Today and ITU (International Telecommunication Union) are organising an event in Geneva on the theme of Sustainable IT in order to engage as many people as possible in taking into account the social and environmental footprint of digital technology in their activities. Our guests, experts in the digital sector, will take turns to discuss with you the challenges of sustainable IT in Switzerland.

Our speakers will successively give feedback to help you better understand the issues related to digital responsibility and find solutions to reduce the footprint of your IT activities.
The discussions will end with a question and answer session and will be followed by a cocktail at around 7.30pm. The event will end around 9pm.
